Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Heater, pump, and jet repair or replacement
  • Hot tub maintenance and cleaning
  • Cover replacement
  • Electrical and plumbing troubleshooting
  • Water chemistry balancing

Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and parts availability. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing information displayed on our website is provided as a general guide and is subject to change without notice. Actual service costs may vary depending on the specific nature of the repair, parts required, and other factors.

  • Estimates: We provide free estimates for most repair services. Estimates are non-binding and valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Service fees: A diagnostic fee may apply and will be communicated prior to service. This fee is typically applied toward the total repair cost if you proceed with the recommended repair.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
  • Parts warranty: Replacement parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Labor warranties vary by service and will be stated on your invoice.

Appointments & Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled service window. In the event of delays due to prior appointments, weather, or emergencies, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inland NW Hot Tubs, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use our website or services.
